- Drop off and Collection Services is available at our workshop in Swansea, but courier shipping is available starting at £45.
- We can deliver to any UK mainland location, additional charges apply for Highlands and Islands.
- Your item should be packed in a card board box for shipping, max. 30kg. Additional charges may be applicable for heavy or oversized items.
- Customer services will provide you with a quotation for delivery before you place your order.
Returns
- Unless faulty, refunds cannot be made for bespoke manufactured or non-standard products
- If faulty, please notify us within 14 days of delivery or collection, at this stage we will assess the issue and consider reworking the bespoke solution.
- The cost of returning any item is your responsibility
Q. The piping is splitting, can you repair this?
A. This is common issue. We recommend replacing the piping to give better long term results
Q. Can you resize an awning?
A. Yes we can extend or reduce the size of your awning. Please note, we can only extend or reduce the size to a maximum of 1.2m. Please check out our awning resizing page for full information.
Q. How do you repair a tear?
A. Depending on the size, tears are usually patched and sealed with seam sealer. For damaged windows, We will replace the entire awning window because it will be more durable and it’ll look better.
Q. The bladder has exploded on my air awning can you repair this?
A. We can patch repair the bladder sleeve of air awnings, but we are unfortunately not able to touch the actual bladder.
Q. Can you repair a zip?
Unfortunately we cannot repair zips, but we can replace them! We only use industrial strength zips suitable for outdoor applications. Please note, depending on the zip length we may need to order this in so it can take a little bit longer than usual.

Q. Can you resize my awning to any size?
A. Unfortunately no, to ensure that your caravan awning still fits perfectly on your frame, we can only extend or reduce the existing size by a maximum of 1.2m.
Q. How long does it take to resize my awning?
A. Our normal lead time for resizing it’s 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the time of the year. We recommend you to get in touch in advance to check current lead times.
Q. Will my caravan awning still be waterproof after being resized?
A. Yes, we use premium quality materials and all seams are double sewn and sealed, adding strength and ensuring wet weather is kept out.
Q. What can be custom made?
A. We have extensive experience making a wide range of products from scratch. Including canopies, gazebo panels and covers for boats, bikes, trailers and even fairground rides. Speak to our team to find out more.
Q. Do you supply gazebo frames?
A. Unfortunately no, we only manufacture textile products.

A. Depending on your requirements, we stock a wide range of materials. From water proof and breathable canvas suitable for tent and awnings to heavy duty PVC coated fabric ideal for outdoor covers. We also have a range of colours available!
Q. Will the covers or panels be water proof?
A. Yes, we use premium waterproof fabric incorporating sealed double folded seams ensuring long last strength that keeps the elements out
